Bylaws \ Budget Committee
Responsibilities
of the committee include:
a. Oversight of grant-funded RAC
activities.
b. The Bylaws shall be
reviewed/amended/revised at least once a year.
c. Selection of Bank; Bank must be
Federally Insured and located within the
Trauma Service Area O.
d. Annual review of budget and financial
operation and other duties assigned by the Executive Board.
e. Recommend methods of funding and
obtaining facilities for house and performance of CATRAC operations.
f. Considers aspects of distribution on
any state or funds obtained by CATRAC and recommend steps required of
CATRAC to handle those funds.
g. Internal Audit will be reviewed
annually.
